Bail has a good understanding of how Duplicity works. Obi-Wan was here when he first arrived but left shortly thereafter. Padme arrived around a month after Bail. Others were met, like Luke, Poe and Ahsoka. He knows that this place works in strange ways - aka death and time.

His personality has not been changed due to his time here. He is still the same man he has always been. He is still bitter about the galaxy but retains his kindness.

Personality:
Positive Trait: Kind
Bail is a kind and compassionate person. He has taken many a like-minded Senator under his wing and offered advice. From Mon Mothma to Padme Amidala, he has provided his expertise to those in need. He gave Mon Mothma guidance when she was younger and did the same for Padme. With her, he did get her out from a building that was going to be destroyed in her early days in the Senate and figured out that she actually was an attentive and intelligent individual. He loves his wife and his loves his planet. He also loves the Republic that he serves. He values life and wishes to see an end to the war, and an end to the Empire. He was vocal during the Clone Wars about giving aid to refugees and even had Alderaan helping by offering resources and a haven.

Negative Trait: Embittered
After everything that had happened, Bail has become embittered with the galaxy. While he is someone that is willing to fight, the horrors of the war and the fall of the Republic weigh on him, along with the deaths of those that he cared about. He had been fighting for peace and stability after the outbreak of the war and for a better Republic yet he had been thwarted at every turn. The Republic had still fallen. He was a man that preferred diplomatic solutions. While he still pushes for that now, he has to wear a mask. There were senators that were watched, some who were arrested, others who were executed, who were known to have been vocal against Palpatine's continued usage of his emergency powers. He has to play a role of the good little senator and keep his head down, all the while plotting and planning and aiding in rebellion. He had failed the Republic, and the Republic had failed it's people.

Negative Trait: Anger
While outwardly there is a calm to Bail that makes him appear quite casual, there is also that spark of anger within him. He is a man that does not like injustice or suffering. The slow decline of the Republic frustrated him. The Republic stood against chaos and the Jedi were the Peacekeepers that kept the chaos at bay. Even the war meant suffering to untold numbers across the galaxy. The Republic was meant to protect its people. Yet Palpatine was able to maneuver it so that the Republic fell and was replaced with an Empire, one that he ruled. He did not like the role that the Jedi were forced into, which was being traitors to the Republic. He knew the truth of it - that they weren't.

Negative Trait: Brash
Bail is known for that calm steadfast nature of his but that doesn't mean that he can't be brash. He is someone to act on faith when it comes to people and to situations. Sometimes that faith is put in the wrong people. He does not like to play it safe. For a senator, there may be the assumption that they argue before a senate, do their duties, and then go home. That is mostly the case with Bail but there are times when he jumps into action. He accompanies Obi-Wan to Zigoola on a mission, which ends up being a trap. Prior to the announcement of the Empire, he also joins an alliance in the senate to stop Palpatine. "We cannot let a thousand years of democracy disappear without a fight." He didn't want to keep debating the issue but instead wanted to press it further. In the Kenobi series, this brashness can also be shown in his attendance on Tatooine. While it does work out, he was putting himself, along with Obi-Wan and the twins in further danger by actively seeking the Jedi out.

Powers and Abilities:
He is just a senator. Apt in politics and flying ships, he is also able to shoot a blaster. He has a keen mind and a sharp intelligence, able to speak several languages, but there is nothing supernatural about him.
